You choose how many hours of monthly support your business needs and this can be flexed up or down as your requirements change. There is also the option to include our Breathe HR software to your subscription which provides holiday and sickness recording, reporting functionality and ensures that you are GDPR compliant.

With your HR Evolve Subscription you can utilise your hours as suits you. You may need us to update your contract of employment one month and need advice from your dedicated HR expert on a tricky employee situation the next. We’ll work with you as needed and support with things such as:
